Become a Vendor at the Fox Valley Steampunk Festival
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Fox Valley Steampunk Festival 2026!
We are thrilled to be bringing this one-of-a-kind event to the Fox River Trolley Museum, and we would love to have you join us. Here is everything you need to know:
LOCATION: Fox River Trolley Museum (365 S. LaFox Street / Illinois Route 31, South Elgin, IL 60177)
DATE: Saturday, September 12, 2026
TIME: Festival hours to be announced. Check our website and social media at #FoxValleySteampunkFest for updates.
PRICE: A 10x10 vendor spot is $50. If you require additional space, please indicate that in your application. You are welcome to share your spot with a fellow vendor or small business. Please submit a single application for shared spots.
SET UP: Setup will take place the day before the festival, on Friday, September 11th. Exact timing is to be determined. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, and any other equipment needed for their booth.
TEAR DOWN: Teardown will begin promptly at the close of the festival. Please plan accordingly and have a vehicle accessible for loading.
VENDOR CATEGORIES: We are looking for vendors whose goods and services complement the spirit of steampunk creativity and imaginative making. The following are examples of what we are looking for, but do not be discouraged if your offerings are not an exact match. We want to give you a sense of our audience:
Art and accessories, jewelry, costumes and costuming supplies, leatherwork, books and literature, collectibles and curiosities, 2D and 3D artwork, trinkets and oddities, handmade clothing, and other handcrafted goods and services.
- We are looking for vendors offering options across a range of price points so that all guests can find something to take home.
- We will NOT accept vendors selling AI-generated art or drop-shipped and resold goods. We are looking for original, handmade products and services.
Please note that this is an application, not a guarantee of participation. We reserve the right to decline any application as we work to curate our vendor lineup to best serve our audience. If your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation by email, at which point we will request payment and a signed vendor agreement.
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. If your application is approved, payment will be due within two weeks of acceptance. Apply early, as spots are limited!
